Hello my name is Jackson Traylor and I am 24 and I do this full time. I am a one man operation running signings in several countries so there are some things you need to be aware of prior to submitting.
1) slow turnaround times. I travel a LOT. I do not send items back unless I am at my home in the united states. There can be times where it takes 30-60 days after the signing to have all items returned. Please be aware of this because there is nothing we can do to speed this up, in some cases items go back immediately. But not always we do our best to send items back as quickly as possible.
2) signing delays. With the logistics of our company mostly operating in other countries a lot of times there are delays in the signings. There has been signings that have been delayed over a year. This is out of our control and if we still expect a completion at a date tbd, we hold onto all items. If there is a cancellation we send them back with a refund. Please be aware of this policy.
3) Refunds. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail. If you are submitting to a signing and do not use a tracking number we highly suggest against doing that. USPS is not a perfect service and neither are any of the other carriers. We highly reccomend you use tracking.
4) return shipping. You must provide your own return shipping. Under no circumstances will we ever provide return shipping for you. We do not take extra money to ship back either. Our reccomended course of action is making a return shipping label on goshippo.com.
5) repulling an item from a signing. While we do not have an issue with you doing this, just know that is has to be done on our schedule. We do not suggest submitting time sensitive items into our siginings. If another player does a signing with another promoter at the same time as us, we expect you to honor our deal. We will not price match either.
6) customer courtesy. I am one person traveling to other countries to get your items signed, you need to express courtesy when submitting, asking for status updates via the contact form is ok, but please do not repeatedly message us or harass us. While we do not like to do this, we have and will banned customers who can not express proper behavior from sending in to our signings ever again.

We take no legal responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to and from the customer or whether in person or in the mail, however we encourage you to insure your items for full value for any of our services and if picking up locally to make sure you have a secure pickup of your items.
